ACCOUNT ACCESS

Bring in help.
Keep ownership.

A simple operating checklist before an outside partner touches your business accounts.

Keep the owner in the owner seat

Use a business-controlled owner account and recovery details. Confirm who can recover access before inviting help.

Invite a role, not a password

Use the platform’s official staff, collaborator, or manager invitation. Give only the permissions needed for the agreed work and enable available multifactor authentication.

Name the destination

Record the correct page, location, store, and advertising account. Similar business names are not enough. Check the exact destination before scheduling or changing anything.

Separate approval from access

Access allows a person to work; it does not by itself authorize a promotion, budget, price change, or publication. Keep the exact approval and version with the project.

Plan the handoff

At the end, transfer final assets, pause unneeded scheduled work, review access, and remove roles no longer required. Keep a simple record of what changed and when.
